Agave & Mole Club is deeply personal.
It begins in the highlands of Jalisco—known as the Golden Triangle, formed by Tepatitlán de Morelos, Arandas, and Atotonilco El Alto. A land of red, mineral-rich soil shaped by volcanic history and generations of agave cultivation.
Before becoming a chef, our founder was an agavero—a jimador. Working the fields. Learning the craft. Understanding what it means to care for agave from the ground up.
That experience lives in everything we do.

What is the Club
he Agave & Mole Club is a private membership experience designed for those who want more than what’s on the menu.
Each month, we host an intimate gathering, bringing a guest tequila house to Atlanta for a guided tasting experience.
But this is where it becomes something more.
Each expression of tequila is paired with a different mole, creating a dialogue between spirit and cuisine, tradition and creativity.
